ATW Financial Group is a Singapore holding company. We own and oversee four specialist financing businesses that serve individuals and companies, and we hold every one of them to a single standard of capital, risk and conduct.
ATW does not lend or advise in its own name. Our subsidiaries do that work, each with its own team and customers. We set group strategy, allocate capital and make sure every business meets the same risk and compliance standards.
Four commitments guide how ATW runs the group, whichever subsidiary a customer or investor deals with.
Capital with discipline
Each subsidiary has a capital budget and a return target approved by the Board. Capital goes where it earns a fair return within our risk appetite.
One risk framework
Credit, liquidity and operational limits are set at group level and reviewed every month. Subsidiary risk teams report to the Group Chief Risk Officer.
Fair, transparent lending
Our lending businesses assess affordability before they lend and explain the full cost of borrowing before anyone signs.
Governance built for listing
Independent directors, four Board committees and published policies, built to the standard of the SGX Listing Manual and the Code of Corporate Governance.
