Who we are

This policy explains how ATW Financial Group Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202642866N) (“ATW”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Each of our subsidiaries is responsible for the personal data of its own customers and has its own data protection notice. This policy covers this website only.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us, for example when you send an enquiry or sign up for investor alerts. This may include:

• your name, email address and organisation
• the topic and content of your message
• any other details you include when you write to us

We do not ask for NRIC numbers, bank details or financial information through this website, and we ask you not to send them.

How we use it

We use your personal data to reply to your enquiry, send the investor alerts you asked for, keep records of our correspondence and meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those that apply to companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our contact pages show maps provided by Google, which may set their own cookies when the map loads. Google's privacy policy applies to that service.

If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Who we share it with

We may share your personal data with the subsidiary best placed to answer your enquiry, with service providers who help us run this website and our email, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it. You can unsubscribe from investor alerts at any time. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to respond to some enquiries.
